Every time I stop by, no matter what time I come in, Apu greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. She’s always friendly, patient, and happy to help. The store is always well stocked, but her customer service is what keeps me coming back. I would definitely recommend this place!

Im from austin, and lots of these shops out there the people inside are already ready for you to leave the moment you walk in. But at Pure Puff it felt so inviting. I was greeted personally when walking in and the ladies attention didnt leave me. Every question I had she either had the answer or found it for me. Prices are super reasonable and fair for how much they have stocked. Go check it out when you are near by. Definitely a 1 stop shop that ill be coming back to!!!

Apu was super friendly and helpful. She explained products clearly, helped me pick the right one, and the prices were very reasonable. Great service, will definitely come back!

I waited over 30 minutes at this location after knocking, honking, and calling with no response. There was no sign posted and no indication that this was a residential property or that the business was temporarily closed. Customers should not be left guessing whether someone will open the door. This lack of communication and professionalism caused delays for me and left three of my customers waiting. Completely unacceptable.

I had a great experience at Pure Puffs! Apu was extremely helpful and very informative! She helped me so much!
