I had a great experience at Smoke and Vapor! The store is clean, well organized, and has a huge selection of products. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, not pushy at all, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Special shout out to Nicole. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, make recommendations, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her friendly attitude and expertise really stood out.

Drove 20 mins to get vape fluid and the lazy employee working the counter refused to make an $80 sale 45 minutes before the posted store closing time. Completely unprofessional. Might as well advertise you dont care about your customers at all! With employees like that its a wonder you're still in business. Pathetic

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD. I haven’t been here since November of 2024 and i randomly got a fraudulent charge from here at 3:30am last night and their excuse is the system “closing out orders that people weren’t charged for”. the manager said it should have charged people to this past september so they know they randomly charged people with no warning. Absolutely ridiculous excuse to charge people’s cards. the manager couldn’t even explain how I was charged and could not offer a refund and doesn’t have records for what i was charged for because it has been so long. The manager couldn’t even tell me who to talk to about the charge either. if you use your card you’re at risk for them to fraudulently charge you with nothing you can do about it but have to deal with your card being closed for fraud.

This is our new favorite smoke shop by far!!! Everyone on staff has been an angel, but a special shoutout to Clara for going above and beyond in her customer service!!! Amazing team, amazing shop :) Highly recommend! Edit— Shoutout to Sicily who saved my 4/20 with her kindness and incredible service! Seriously the whole staff is full of sweethearts, I love y’all
