I had the best experience at drip n rip today! I was having literally the worst day ever but the two people working today made it 100x better by a simple act of kindness. I felt so bad i was so caught up in the moment i forgot to ask their names. They were seriously the kindest people iv met in a while, complete strangers at that. Also probs to them because i literally started balling my eyes out because their kindness made my day so much and they were unfazed😂🫶🏼 they were awesome! I bought this ADORABLE piece and they have some really good product! (Yes i tried it!!) I also drove like 35 minutes to get there because im from the town over, but i will 100% be making the trip to buy whatever i need here. The trip is worth supporting this business! Love yall!🫶🏼

First and foremost, the staff is the BEST!! I always feel welcomed and taken care of while I’m there. They patiently answer all my questions & love on my dog, Major, like he’s family. They have great products, an abundant selection, and are fairly priced!

Lexi, Chelsea, and Liam are awesome! By far the best staff around. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like old friends. They're very helpful and give great recommendations. In a time where customer service is almost nonexistent, these 3 really shine.

Lexi is an absolute sweetheart! she was so patient with my indecisiveness and helped me choose a few products. she also let me know about a deal if i got one more item i’d get one for free. I will be making this location my go to now just because of lexi.
