We stopped by Just Smoke on our way to Dallas, and it was a terrible experience from the start. The store didn’t even open until 30 minutes after the posted opening time. When my husband finally went in, the employee working was extremely rude. No greeting, no offer to help—nothing. He asked her a simple question about a product, and her response was literally, “I don’t know.” No effort, no customer service, and she didn’t even speak during checkout. It was like she didn’t want to be there. Not sure if she’s the manager or just staff, but either way, if this is the kind of service they provide, I don’t see this place staying in business for long. Do better.

This place is Great! We stopped by from out of state and Liz was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful! 🙂
