Every time I try to call this location they don’t wanna answer their phones. I just tried to call three separate times letting it ring at least 5 to 6 times each never mind you if I had that job and I didn’t call somebody back or didn’t answer the phone I’d be fired. What the hell is this bullshit? All I was trying to do was ask if y’all had my favorite item maybe3 to 5 seconds on the phone and you can’t even give me that. This place just keeps going further and further downhill and y’all don’t even deserve the one star

They've got everything you could possibly need for your smoking pleasures. It's definitely my "go-to". I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go here!

Had everything I needed and wanted! The employee was extremely helpful & very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this Smokers Paradise over Plant K any day. Prices are cheaper plus they offer discounts at (employees discretion) & reward points! Every $100 spent gets you $10 off next order. Also offer a 10% military discounts

Worst smoker paradise location. Purchase a gram and a gar but the gar was so solid ”stale ” I asked for it to be exchanged but the whole shelf of Dutch’s was the same. Asked the worker( Pregnant Women )for an exchange she was helping me at first but got annoyed and said they don’t do exchanges or refunds. Then gave me a different one and said “the owner said don’t come back”. Guess the customer never right🚶‍➡️

Ursh is Hella laid back. Clean shop, great selections, friendly service. This is my new shop.
