I went to find cbd dog treats because my dog panics during storms and the stuff I usually get has been on back order for over 2 weeks I had to get something for my baby but anyway I found some stuff it was about 40$ so I will be satisfied as long as it helps my dog during the storms tonight

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, the employee did not greet us or acknowledge us. We were the only ones in there. We asked if they carried an Ooze pen and she immediately said no. After looking around the store ourselves, we found the exact product she said they didn’t have. When we brought it to her attention, she tried to argue that it wasn’t what we were asking for — even though we were very clear. When we asked the price, she claimed she didn’t know and had to scan it. After scanning it, she asked for my ID. I had no issue showing it — I understand store policies — but it was the way she handled it. When I came back in with my ID and mentioned that I was clearly old enough, she responded with “Good for you,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. When we expressed that she was being rude and unwelcoming, she put the product away, refused to sell it, and threatened to call the police. From the moment we walked in, we felt treated like a problem instead of customers. Very uncomfortable experience. I will not be returning.
