Very well organized, clean and full of amazing products. The staff was great very friendly and the lettering i seen was super cool, this was done at the 5th street store in Springfield, IL!! Best store in 3 states!!

Twice now I have gone here and been helped by Zack and he's so friendly and helpful. He always recommends me new flavor vapes to try and so far they’ve been hits. I highly recommend this place!

This place is an absolute joke since the new employees were instated. Not only did they get rid of the coolest people Ive seen in a vape shop, but these new people didn’t get trained at all. I went to buy a foger pod(they upped the price from $17 to $20), and bought mushiez silly caps. I am a regular. This is all I buy. Every. Time. The new guys questioned me at every turn. “You know that’s not cbd right?” “You know that’s just the foger pod right?” It’s ridiculous. Explain to me why I, A CUSTOMER, had to explain the different types of mushroom compounds IN YOUR STORE. Why aren’t you teaching your employees about the psychedelics? Your old employees could tell me everything to a tee! You as a company will be held liable for not training your employees on the specific compounds you sell. Overdose rates are going to spike. I’m so fed up with Vapor Maven i could scream.

went there for the first time tonight and the lady behind the counter was great! awesome customer service, loved her. but bought a delta 8 disposable and tried to test it before i left. i was told i needed to let it charge, it’s been charging for hours and i have yet to be able to get a single hit out of it.. i’ve also called 5 times today and haven’t gotten a single answer…
