I stopped in during the middle of the day and it appeared there was an employee being trained. Regardless, they welcomed me in the store and they were very kind to me. I got what I needed and the place was very clean and organized, unlike many others I’ve been in. I really recommend this store for all of your THC/nicotene products. I feel like this type of service is rare in this type of industry.

The staff member I worked with was very personable and welcoming. They had no issue walking me through their extensive range of products. They have a passion for smoke shop goods and are more than happy to spend an extensive time conversing about the various products at the shop. 10/10 will be back!

Probably the worst smoke shop in The Woodlands area. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I stopped in because I was running late to work due to an accident and only needed a single coil. Instead of being helped promptly, I waited around for about 10 minutes while the employee continued chatting with friends about unrelated topics. When customers walk in, especially those in a hurry, they should be acknowledged and assisted in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. I ended up going to World Smoke Vape Shop instead, where the staff was much friendlier and focused on helping customers

This smoke shop has great vibes! All of the employees are really kind and funny, they also encourage local artists as well. Today they were having an Easter Themed sale in honor Of Easter and 4/20. I got a gram for $7 today. Hallelujah! This pic is my loot from EZ Rollers today

EZ Rollers Magnolia did an absolutely outstanding job. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Greg and Joel were phenomenal. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and took real pride in their work. The installation looks fantastic, operates perfectly, and they made sure everything was done right before wrapping up. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing and genuinely care about quality and customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would 100% recommend EZ Rollers Magnolia to anyone looking for top-tier work.
