This smoke shop is amazing!!! They have a wide selection of prerolls and Foger pods !! The girl at the front with black hair is sooo sweet and helpful . She took her time and asked me questions to find me the best pod & preroll for me!! Was very knowledgeable on the difference in THCA and THCP ,, ended up getting the new lemon heads Foger pod and the tangie nectar 5pk of prerolls. Don’t sleep on this place hidden gem 💎frfr! All these negative reviews gotta be bots 🤣

I just want to say that Rachelle is the absolute best. She’s such a beautiful person inside and out and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing because she’s very informative about all of the products and you can also tell she cares about the company and the customer as well. I defiantly recommend coming to this location and asking for Rachelle!!☺️

Bought one of those Looper devices where you use the syringe. It was my first time getting one of these so I didn’t realize that once you put the cap on it’s stuck and there are no instructions on the box saying so. I called the store and asked if there was anything they could do but they employee (and manager apparently?) confirmed that it was my fault for wasting $60. I’ve gone to this place for the past couple years since it’s close to me but I’d rather make the trip across town for better transparency.

Cool shop! I've been here and to their other location. They have a great variety and are open for long hours.

My first time visiting this smoke shop and unfortunately my experience was a -1. The customer service was very disappointing. One employee was extremely nonchalant and the guy working the night shift with the 90s glasses was outright rude. He accused me of having an attitude when I didn’t, and then started complaining about how he had been there since 10 AM. While I understand long shifts can be tiring, that shouldn’t affect how customers are treated. Customer service is key, and experiences like this make it clear that proper training and professionalism are lacking. I definitely expected better From the MANSFIELD LOCATION!!!!
