This use to be the places I recommend to everyone on the area I have bought many things from here and always liked the places and prices . Bought a new battery yesterday that will not hold a charge for more then 5mins, it was one of the nicer ones and the reviews for it all rave about the battery life. He refused to exchange for one exactly like it saying he does not care because he can't return it to them. I love supporting local businesses they should all support and take care of there regular customers.

Been doin business with this guy since when he first got his old shop in Downtown Mansfield. And I’ll keep going as long as he owns it. He always has what I want or he gets it quick. Prices are same as most tobacco shops. But this shop is my fav.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I spent $60 on a box of cloves. When I got them they were stale. You could not taste any flavor whatsoever. When I went back he said too bad. I didn’t want my money back but simply exchange it for newer ones. These were obviously on the shelf way too long. Horrible customer service and I have been coming for years. Will NOT return here. He doesn’t care about the customer

I have come to the Mansfield area to spend the winter months with my brother and his wife and needed my cigarettes "True 100's" blue and could not find them anywhere until H.T.Smokehouse where they were kind enough to order my cigarettes for me. I found them to be kind and willing to help me out. Very nice people!!

Thought we would try a local cigar shop so we went to check it out. This place has more paraphernalia than cigars. There are the oddest things for sale, from a phone charger to little glass figurines, however, they have a poor cigar selection. Most are cheap cigars that are dry as a bone. I noticed in one of the humidors a wad of wet paper towels. Nevertheless I bought a few cigars. When I got them home I unpackaged one and it started falling apart right away (surprise, wet paper towels are not good at keeping cigars soft and supple). It was an Arturo Fuente so I suspect it was good at one time. Anyway, not well kept to put it nicely. The proprietor was on the phone most of the time we were there. He did not say hello, welcome or thank you after the purchase. If you are looking for a glass pipe or bong, maybe it’s a good place to go. If you are looking for a cigar, save yourself the trouble.
