Went at 11 am. The door was locked. Waiting almost 30 min and no one opened it. I called the number over and over. Finally someone answered but I already left. Whoever was there decided to continuously call me just because I called. Then when I blocked them, they decided to use an unknown number to keep calling me. I filed a report with the police for harassment. When they called back again from an unknown number, I told them I filed a police report as well as told them they were there at the store. They finally stopped calling. If you are the owner, you need to fire that employee. They will hurt your business. I never had an issue until today. I will not tolerate bullshit like that from any business. FIX IT.

Wouldn’t exchange my $45 vape I purchased within the 24 hour period. Instead she told me I broke the “coil” and caused the issue by leaving it to charge for two hours on a low voltage USB on a vape that has voltage shutoff protection when it is fully charged btw. Ps: the battery and the coil are two different pieces and do two different things. So I’m not sure why I was given the run around like I’m an idiot. Luckily, I managed to get it sorted myself but not recommending this particular location to anyone. 11/12/23 7:00PM

Been literally shopping here for the last couple months, & I only wish I had come across it sooner. Legit, each employee is cool, their products are dope, couldn’t recommend enough. Top 3 smoke shops in the valley, my opinion.

Sold me a broken vape then said I couldn’t return it when I literally stepped out of the store and back in. Ridiculous go somewhere else!!
