Great customer service, whether it's daytime or 3am. Helpful and friendly staff. Also, great inventory and love the fact that it's open 24hrs.

I went in a couple of days ago and there was this worker lady I don't know her name she wasn't wearing and name tag or never hey thank you for coming to vape City My name is such and such which is no big deal I work in customer service too I understand but on this specific day I went in and got four vapes and the lady asked me are they offer you and I am like yes who else would I be buying them for like why is it their concern on if I'm buying for vapes that should have a sign saying that one two Vapes are allowed per perso. Honestly that's how I felt The reason why I'm giving five stars because I go in there almost every other month to get my vapes but I honestly feel that there needs to be better customer service and if you don't like your job no one is having you work there. Just realized wrong store The store that I had a problem with was on 23rd next to the spin Express

The young lady working this location really did her best to help me and looked for a replacement glass for my vape. Did not rush to upsell just tried to help me. When she couldn’t find the glass I opted to buy a new tank. Thank you!

the staff was very good, but I did purchase 4 disposable cigs and one didn't work at all the other one taste really bad like burn plastic and the other 2 did not taste bad but it was not close to the original flavor, I have purchased the same ones many times at another Vapeshop so I know the flavor really good and this were not even close and when I tried to look into the brand website with the S/N of each device to my surprise all of the had the same S/N even that they were different flavors and in the website it shows that does not exist, when I went back to the girl in the store she called the owner and then she told me I can have any other brand and she told me that because they have a big warehouse sometimes they find some fake ones, and I did notice that the devices were a little bit different that the ones I usually got from other store and that I had confirm on the brand website that are good, so even when I got the replace of all 4 with a different brand I was not confident to use them because of that.
