Hands down the best shop in McKinney. Selection is good and service is even better than some HOTELS I’ve been to. The owner Fay, is really nice and extremely considerate of his customers. Anytime I’m there and someone else rolls in, it’s like he’s known them and what they like for years. I thought I was the only one he remembered so much about, but it’s everyone. PLUS he just opened a nail salon next door. Would highly recommended switching over from whatever shop you go to now. Smoke art is the way to go 👍

Nothing special, and prices are typical/above average. Did not inquire about any rewards program as the owner or whomever was working 2.20.2026 evening, straight up asked me why I came in if I wasn't going to buy anything, and said I should just visit the website (they don't have) to inquire about prices. HA! Not sure why he works there or owns any business of any sort with an attitude like that, hence this review. Don't spend your money here, this guy shouldn't benefit from your business. Thank you 💀 Edit: maybe he was having a bad day, but seeing past reviews, this is typical behavior this guy clearly thinks is acceptable

The fella that works there is super cool and helpful, i will definitely be coming back. The prices seem fair and they have some good looking pieces.

I just left this place lil while ago..Just waiting on my pizza..so I figured id go check out what they had..we just came into alot of $$...n so I started talking bout product n price..n he recognized me from before..I've been in there a time or two.....anyway he was very Rude to me after he knew I had a regular store I go to..n I guess he didn't like hearing that n told me that there no reason for him to continue serving me because I wasn't going to buy anything anyway n thst I was juss going to buy from my usual spot...wth??? I never said I wasn't going to buy...he pitched me a 2 for $30 special on a good product..im very very familiar with alot of smoking products n wat not....so I was goin to purchase 3 orders of that special he had goin on....I WAS SO MAD N DISRESPECTED THE WAY HE TALKED TO ME....he was very unprofessional you guys n the way the industry is you'd figure he try to keep customers coming back...ESPECIALLY LIFERS!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN..don't need thst RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL BS!!!!...
