They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices was awesome and ten times cheaper than places in the area. I’ve been going to this smoke shop regularly for the past 3 years and have spent a lot of money here, always supporting the business. But after my most recent experience, I’m extremely disappointed. Yesterday, I accidentally bought the wrong size cones. I realized the mistake right after getting home, and although I had opened the outer plastic wrap, the actual product seal was still completely intact — 100% sellable. I went back expecting a simple exchange, especially as a long-time loyal customer. Instead, the cashier bluntly refused and said, “No, you already took it out of the store,” with no attempt at understanding or courtesy. There was zero flexibility or respect, even though I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a quick swap for the correct item. It’s disappointing when a business values rigid policy over long-standing customer relationships. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
