Love this place prefer dealing with Emily who is so sweet and a pleasure to talk to and she has always been consistent with the pricing I was given for being a loyal customer. She the best and Max is cool the owner if my 50$ a day is going anywhere it’s gonna go to this shop and if I’m gonna tip anyone I prefer to tip her . Of course you could also order online get it cheaper but not all of us have the time it takes to get delivered and that’s where vape universe is the spot imo . Owner is cool Emily is the best check them out

emily has the best customer service around midland. definitely love coming here when i’m in this side of town. 11/10

There was an incident at the store with one of my purchases the store did a thorough investigation and made it right with me the individual who who scammed the store was banned and I am very appreciative for what vape universe did for me the owner stands on law and Emily is the best

This is the only place I go to get my vapes. Customer service is always great. Emily is one of the workers she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has always helped me find exactly what I’m looking for. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know
