This is the best place in town! Best stafff and best merchandise! Kids in the place never an issue, some people are single parents and don’t have a choice. Luke Evan’s, if you have an issue with kids at work place I’m sure empire would love to take your money. I know when I go to Smokey’s, it’s always positive energy. The best place. The girl with the “pericings” has a name. Sorry you had a bad day and want to take it out on them. I will always keep going to this place along with my friends and family.

I had such a great experience here thanks to Hannah. From the moment I walked in, she was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable asking questions. She really knows her stuff and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without rushing me or making me feel pressured. What stood out the most was how patient and genuine she was she actually listened and gave recommendations that fit what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. Her vibe was friendly, very down to earth, and just overall great energy. If you go in, definitely ask for Hannah. She made the whole experience smooth, easy, and honestly enjoyable. I’ll for sure be coming back because of her!

Always great customer service. AJ is amazing and gives great deals. I was relieved when Smokey’s came to Midlothian. No more getting taxed like the other smoke shops here. You got to give Smokey’s Paradise a shot, you won’t regret it!

Very disappointed in the way I was treated. I was waiting for the store to open around 8:58am when I saw an employee unlock the door to go in. I walked in shorty afterwards and noticed no one in the store, but the backdoor was open. I called out to see if anyone was in the back area and no one answered. Shortly afterwards I saw a little girl peek oit from the back door and then the employee I saw intially open the door. She says , "We open at 9". I look at my watch and its 9!. She gets my items and then proceeds to do the cash count for the morning, while Im waiting. Just a little advise from a one business owner to another. If you cant or dont want to serve your customers a little early. Lock the front door!
