I had a great experience with Ken at Candy Cloudz! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, made solid recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. You can tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Candy Cloudz to others!

Feddy was SUPER helpful and awesome! He helped me find vape juice and even though he didn’t have the coils I needed he said he could get them for me in a few days! He also helped me to realize that I didn’t need to replace my whole vape (it was leaking) but just the pod which he also helped me find. So patient, knowledgeable and a very nice selection of juices, coils and vapes! If they don’t have it I’d be willing to bet they’ll order it for you. Can’t wait to come back!
