If you hand someone a box and tell them you need those coils you would think they would actually grab the correct ones nope not here wrong coils and wouldn't exchange them even tho it was clearly their fault and the boxes don't even look the same I'll never do business with another vapor maven in this country it's kinda messed up the girl encourages you to open bottles of liquid and smell them then puts them right back on the shelf but can't exchange sealed coils hmmmmm

Just passed through so stopped in for a product. Was not greeted, had to interrupt the employee’s conversation with another customer just to be helped. Requested the best product and was given the worse. Do not recommend. This was around 1:30 pm or so on Monday November 10th 2025.

I must say my care for Vapor Maven has turned for the worst. I have made several stops in the last 2 month periods and found nothing stocked and the same line that nothing has come in but we emailed them. Also the staff changed like the wind. So many have been fired for stealing or mishandling the merchandise. The last product I bought from them was picked thru and tampered with. My recommendation would be not to shop here unless you want to walk out the door and feel robbed or taken advantage of.
