Love how friendly the staff are there but was not that great with helping me buy a vape (knowledge wise).....I bought (just the other day) a smok novo 4 and some Juice head pineapple grapefruit 3mg 70vg/30pg....and this system does not do well with high VG.....i wish I was informed about this cuz then I would've purchased a low MG salt nic instead or a different vape system all together.....i bought another juice just yesterday to see if it was the juice (cuz there is not really a taste when i hit my new vape, very meh) this time i got Coastal clouds 3mg tropical lemonade and it still tastes like meh.....kinda of annoyed/disappointed....maybe the manager could help me out next time? Please? Thank you!!:/

Went into today for a few things and Kimber helped me out. She was really sweet and very informative. They had a great sale going on with really good prices. I'll definitely be back just because of the awesome service!

The guy at the counter was friendly and attentive. i wouldn't call it a vape store, they only had a few Nic salt flavors in stock. Inventory largely focused on the sale of other smoking devices.

Over pricing batteries Because that's all they have. Charging 30 for a small ooze pen is greedy when everyone else sells them for cheaper

I called the store to speak with the manager, hadn't yet visited the store in person because I didn't want to visit and find out they didnt' have the specific brand I was looking for. Upon answering the phone, I was greeted by a male voice, when I asked if there was a manager in, he hung up on me. I immediately called back to find my number was either blocked, or the phone was intentionally left off, because it went straight to voicemail and has since. Never visited and I surely won't be after this very strange behavior.
