I used to really enjoy going there getting weekly blunt hemp wraps 10 at a time! I'm also handicapped & the employees are all allowed to park in the handicap area, even if not handicap, per owners permission so they say! There are lots of other places to purchase what I need, it's a shame that this particular location was very convenient for me

The posted opening hours seem to be just approximations. This is the fourth time in three weeks that I've found the door locked. Twice the person was late, and another time they had left for lunch... This morning again, the store is supposed to open at 9 AM... at 9:25 it's still closed. It's very frustrating to make the trip for nothing. Once I understand, but four times is unacceptable.

Idk whats up with Javier solis, ( the cashier) but i go in and get discriminated against for the products I purchase since I'm a regular and he just grabs random items without consulting with me which ones I want and just charges it and I'm like whoa first of all u didn't even ask me which product I wanted, and he made a big deal, so that time he just charged the items but since i technically didn't touch it, he couldn't do that no returns policy thing, and im like. I know I'm not in the wrong, where is ur customer service or if I could speak to the manager and I get a "oh he's on vacation", and Im like maybe he had a bad day m, but no I go in months later and he does the same thing!! N I'm like dude like what is ur deal and he just smiles and acts so pretentious and I just feel judged by him, I honestly feel discriminated against and feel like that person is single handely ruining that business because I have other friends who also feel a vibe from him. I do no recommend this place and I am contacting my lawyer and the next time I go I'm going with a hidden camera to showcase the lack of professionalism, n if he wants to fight and squash the indifference I'm down,

I purchased a nicotine, pen and trade it out in the store. When I noticed all the nicotine leaked out from the pen I informed the guy at the register. He told me that it should still work. I tried it a few more times and it didn’t. He didn’t want to give me a refund or trade out. I will never be returning to the store again.

I have bought several vapes from them but I won't anymore, and I don't recommend you to either. Although you are allowed to test them before leaving the store, they usually fail after a couple of days, at first I thought they were flukes or older vapes. However, one time I tried a new, more expensive one of 3.5 grams. That thing burned the cylinders cotton before I could get through 0.5 grams of it, and it pissed me off so much. !$60 dollars to the garbage can!!!
