Their professionalism and positive attitude make every visit pleasant. Great customer service and a well-organized store make this place a reliable spot to shop. I highly recommend it.

🔥🔥🔥Hands down the BEST smoke shop in town! Hotspot Smoke Shop is everything you want in a local spot—great vibes, top-tier products, and most importantly, outstanding customer service. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted like family. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. What really sets them apart? Their loyalty to returning customers. I’ve been shopping here for a while now, and they’ve consistently taken care of me with generous discounts and deals just for coming back. It’s rare to find a shop that actually values its regulars this much.

I was excited to see this store sold my favorite vapes and everything I was looking for. The owner and associate was very nice

This place does not open on time. Edit: I just came back 15 minutes later and there is a paper sign on the door that says "back in 5 min" but I can see the employees clearly in the store. Edit 2: I have waited 5 minutes and the door is still locked. I will never come back

This smoke shop is a hidden gem. I was visiting Austin from Dallas and this place has the best prices I've ever seen at smoke shop by far. Plus they open early.
