I would like to start by saying that this place has excellent staff and great pricing. The reason for the two-star review is because I've been to this place a few times already and most of the time it does not disappoint. However, I went the other day to return some products that I felt had lost their potency and were old. The staff member informed me that he could not return or exchange the products because they were already opened. I am completely understand that this is a business and that they need to make money.I also understand that people try to scam places like this. I am not a scammer I am a repeat customer. The cashier informed me of a promotion and I bought even more products. He sold me a $4 lighter, which is expensive for a lighter in order to get said promotion. When I got home the lighter did not work. The business should factor in that people take time out of their day, gas and even need to get a babysitter to go to the store because children are not allowed understandably. Instead of going back to this establishment and arguing over a $4 lighter. They just lost a customer because of their return policy.

He took the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt confident. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude really stood out. Friendly Staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They will take extra time with you to solve any vape related problem you might have. And if your just getting started with vaping, they'll do a good job to educate you. The environment is relaxed but professional and the pricing is perfect.

Great place to fill up on juice. Knowledgeable staff will answer all of your questions and then some. Didn't feel lied to like different vape shops. Their signature juice is silverback. It's made right here in the valley. My favorite is rocky, least favorite is lola. Many different juice lines to choose from, and of course, samples to be had. Wide selection of devices, and plenty of your mod necessities on hand. Look nowhere else if you're in the area.

I don't go to this one as often as the one on 10th cause it's a bit farther away for me, but just as the 10th street one this place has a good selection of juices, good prices, and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient on the days when I'm indecisive about what flavor I want.
