I would describe my experience as exquisite. The setup of this smoke shop is beyond compare they have much needed items for your smoking delicacies. But the most intriguing part of this smoke shop is that they have the smell goods or cologne. In both male and female enhancement for your smelling good after you participate.... With your smoke!!! I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for over a year, and after today, I’m done. I came in with a simple request: I bought a vape that needed the top removed to refill it. When I came back to ask for help, the young man behind the counter refused to assist me at all. He wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t even look at what I was trying to show him, and his attitude was flat-out ugly. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. Instead, he told me I’d have to “come back when the owners are here,” as if helping a loyal customer with a basic, two‑second task was too much for him. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in this shop. And here’s the thing: there are smoke shops on every corner around here. Customers have options — plenty of them. With that much competition, you’d think they would do everything they could to keep the people who choose to spend their money here. Instead, this employee acted like my business didn’t matter at all. Well, it won’t matter anymore, because I won’t be back. I’ll be contacting the owners directly to let them know how their staff is treating customers. Until something changes, I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else — there are plenty of shops that actually appreciate their customers. This happened on sunday march 22, 2026
