First time visiting Puff Love and I am absolutely blown away. I'm from Jacksonville, Florida, just passing through Texas, and this place made quite an impression. Big shoutout to Amanda, who helped me out today. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted — a Raz — but she took the time to explain that due to the recent Texas vaping law changes, they had to clear out their entire stock and when it came time to rebuild, Raz just wasn't popular enough in the area to bring back. Instead of leaving me empty handed, she asked what flavors I liked and steered me toward the One Tank Triple Berry 40K, and honestly? Perfect match. That's the kind of service that's hard to find. She didn't just point me to a shelf — she actually listened, explained the situation, and made sure I left happy. We also ended up having a great conversation about tornadoes vs. hurricanes, which as a guy from Florida, I found pretty enlightening. And on top of all that — FREE candy bars, sodas, and water bottles?! I've never seen a smoke shop do that. Never. This place is something else. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. And if Amanda is working, you're in great hands. 🙌

I love how much product selection they have, and being open 24/7 i can get all the delta products i want! Leigh did amazing and I appreciate the help and knowledge she gave! TOTALLY COMING BACK!

Absolutely amazing experience at Puff Love. They were the only smoke shop that had the sleep gummies my wife needs. Amanda was a great help to getting what we needed! 10/10 highly recommend

Love the place! Just grabbed a puff co! Haley and sam were great and helped me find the right things! Love it check it out

I visited the Frisco location looking for a pink hookah. Lea was awesome in helping me track it down at her other location in Plano. Very friendly, helpful and great energy. I went and the service was okay compared to the Frisco location. I said hello twice to the two reps and no one responded lol. I went ahead and purchased my items but I’d probably visit the Frisco location before returning here for any additional shisha or anything.
