I came here because of the promotion of a “free vape” as soon as I walk in he tries to explain to me that if you spend $25 I’ll give you a free vape (2 brands that are on the cheaper end) This is the type of sketchy deals that are hurting the consumer. I would advise everyone to boycott this shop for this type of pathetic business practice. What’s even worse is he tried to justify the deal because he added an asterisk; as if we as the customer are stupid. If you’re in the area and want better customer service and better deals I recommend shopping at A&A instead.

Hands down the best smoke shop in Plano, Texas! The vibe is always great, and the staff really make the experience top-notch. Ram is amazing super knowledgeable, always willing to help, and takes the time to explain everything. Ms. Julie is wonderful too! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

New management now Edited; New management now. I had a wonderful experience but had to stop coming here due to a couple reasons. I’ve had friendly interactions with the owners and evening staff mostly. Imagine this: you call this shop about an unrecognized charge on my account for over $300 that said I paid by mail/phone/online with 3 separate dates attached to the charge itself (bank said the transaction date was 1 day while it posted WAY later and the details noted a date that was neither of the other 2 dates. This charge was posted SO late in fact, that I had already visited 2 MORE TIMES and those transactions were posted within 24 hours—typically immediately. Since I’d been a friend of this shop for so long and given them thousands of dollars of business, I decided that I would call to alert them first before disputing anything because I genuinely found it to be an obvious mistake and genuinely thought they’d fix it without involving my bank. I didn’t make any charge that day. The last charge that I had from them was earlier in the week, at a different amount of money$, and was charged & posted that same day—appearing in my bank within the same date—which is normal. There was another second charge from another time I went, and considering that a transaction could happen a minute after midnight, it DOES or would make sense if the amount was a PENDING CHARGE or had just simply appeared entirely for the next day. However this RANDOMLY POSTED $300 charge appeared many weeks later (I genuinely do NOT remember ever spending that amount at all ever) Additionally I do check my bank account daily and this charge was NOT “PENDING” prior to it being posted that morning—my birthday morning—and I have never bought “over the phone/online/by mail”. I was budgeting for a trip that began that morning. None of the dates or prices matched up to me, so after the shop attendant that I talked to on the phone told me to go ahead and call my bank because on that call we both agreed that it didn’t make sense. It’s not like I made a purchase and it sat pending for a few days for whatever processing reasons or appeared altogether days later in my account from at LEAST 3 weeks earlier. And I don’t believe I would agree on spending $300… Why did it appear nearly a month later as a charge that I made by phone? I disputed it, got a temporary refund through my bank. It happened at the worst time possible too. Not because it was my birthday, but because I have a serious disorder that is fatal that causes me to be hospitalized and guess what? That’s what happened while this began, and all throughout it being investigated. I had spent a total of 6 WEEKS in the ICU at UTSW Medical Dallas unable to appeal ANYTHING, and WAS NOT NOTIFIED BY ANYONE that they sided with the vape shop. So beware, if you shop here, you could absolutely have zero charges in your account, and then a month or two later finally have it charged—at a different price then I remember agreeing to. I have been given a discount from the guy because I came regularly and I was on great terms with the shop… I think he forgot to charge it, and it came up weeks later, they voided the discount/deal that I had been given or accidentally added another product and manually reprocessed it about a month later as a nice surprise before I was hospitalized for 6 weeks. That wasn’t right. I am better now, but this wasn’t right. Handled absolutely incorrectly because I still believe something happened. Why would I be charged for something so long ago? why is the amount unrecognizable? why are there 3 dates? why was nothing at the very least pending for those weeks? WHY was I charged just fine two more times in between the supposed $300 charge? After leaving the hospital I switched where I spend my $ because I’ve been nothing but respectful and this was, respectfully, a very shady thing to do. I am still in the dark what happened and out of that $300. This is my new review. I had to start a gofundme after being inpatient and in the ICU for so long & the –$300 during that sucked.
