This Indian girl that works there has some issues helping customers, because the bongs are displayed behind the counter, I was trying to ask her for pricing of the different ones I was interested in, trying to figure out which one I want to buy. Within only 2-3 mins, and mind u there r no other customer, because it's 9:30 in the morning, also I was there at 9, she was late and didnt open the store. She's immediately getting frustrated with me and asking me if I'm going to buy something or not. Now of coarse I'm going to buy something, that's why I'm there. It's just the product I'm trying to buy, is displayed behind the counter, with no price, hence I needed her help to look at the price, so I know how much it is. This is a very simple common sense for some reason she doesn't get. If she's not happy to help customers she shouldn't work there. Also she doesn't know anything when ask her questions, as some products has no price sticker on it. The only reason why I posted this, is because this is the 2nd time I had to deal with her, last time I knew what I needed, and she doesn't know where the product is. Then she has to call someone to find out.

This is my favorite smoke shop. Customer service is on point. They’re always friendly and super helpful. I always come back here. 10 out of 10 wonderful spot. Highly recommend recommended.
