This is one of the nicest cigar shops I've been in! The older gentleman behind the counter is one of the most friendly, knowledge, and honest sales persons I've ever met. Truly down to earth, quick with a story and joke, and cool as can be. Seriously, this is the kind of place I want to frequent. I'd love to be able to take him and his shop with me wherever I may go on this planet- but I'll just settle to keep visiting.

I wish I could clone this cigar shop and take it back to my home state. As a frequent traveler always on the look out for a great place selling fine cigars, I have to tell you all that this place is a FIVE STAR establishment by every definition. The entire store is humidified perfectly. All cigars are mouth watering and perfectly moist. They're soft but firm in your mouth and smoke perfect every time. The gentleman always greats me with a smile, gives great recommendations, and the selection is superb. One quick story. The first night here on my last trip, I got in late (about 9:30) and the store closes at 8. On a hunch, knowing the owner keeps his own hours, I called and sure enough, he opened up and invited me to come in and pick out a few choice cigars to last me for my trip. I will never come to Richardson and NOT visit this shop!

Stopped at the store for the first time last week and met Mick! Good man who provided friendly service. Helped me get the most for my buck and had great suggestions. I will definitely come back and make this my favorite place. Being new in the area, Mick made me feel welcome!

Great selection and lounge, friendly staff

This is a fantastic place. They have a huge selection and now carry ecigs. It is surprising because there is a huge lounge in the back with pool table, poker room, and tv watching. The staff was nice and knowledgeable.
