I had such a great experience at X Smoke Shop in Richardson! Tony, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking to switch to a lower milligram nicotine disposable vape, and he took the time to walk me through my options and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Not only did he hook me up with the right product, but I also discovered several other items I didn't even realize they carried. The selection is impressive, and the customer service is top-tier. This place is truly a hidden gem in Richardson. If you're looking for great service, quality products, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit, I highly recommend stopping by.

There is usually a sweet kind knowledge woman there when I go in to purchase my rolling needs. This time there was a new employee who isn't as knowledgeable. He did his best to assist me even called the owner. Because of the owners recommendations I purchased a new product and was ensured if I didnt like it I could come back and be taken care of. Got home and I wasnt even able to use it at all. Took it back the next day, same new employee, owner called again more recommendations and im expected to spend more money. Thats not the definition of taking care of your customers. Especially since I had to spend money that night because of a product I cant use. And its definitely not about the money its the principle. Cause had I known I would have bout the original product I didn't want to buy because of its cost but yet saved time and money.

X smoke shop is amazing! I love the service and kind hearted nature of each staff member i have encountered. The manager promised to take care of me everytime i come on and he has delivered on his word. I come in for the Hookahlit portable hookahs and he has an amazing variety of flavors to choose from.

Just visited X Smoke shop for the 1st time and definitely going back! Cece was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and she was so chill and just good vibes all around. They will even work out a deal with you if you think something is too expensive. Tons of options. And prices were solid. Honestly silly to go anywhere else.

I love this vape shop. The owner is always so kind and helpful. Truly a one stop shop! Always has everything I’m looking for and if they don’t they are willing to order it for me.
