I have always had good customer service here, they have always taken care of me, and advise on the best deal. I would highly recommend this place. This is my new smoke shop!

I first would like to say I am very well diverse with smoke shops. I am very picky and first impressions are everything! First off walking in I got a great amount of energy in the shop. Very inviting! Then I would say immediately got help from a staff member. I will say this to me customer service is a must for anyone to get me to come back. So I say 10/10 would say that Allie was amazing! She immediately knew what we needed and it was so reasonable in price. My husband loved the different choices. He is very happy with his product. She even made sure it worked before letting us walk out. I am such a big fan of that. Then we went to pay she was so professional and energetic! Love the overall energy and she really deserves to be recognized for that. Then she had a gentleman with her named Shahvyy. Let me add he is also 10/10 customer service! I asked a question about a certain product and he helped as well gave me great information on it and seemed to enjoy talking about it. Which to me is something most people want out of the employees of a smoke shop. So overall they both made the sale so easy and pleasant. So thank y'all for that! We will be a new regular! :)

I did not leave this review below . They used my phone when it was in for repair to leave a fake review. The business is Alpha Fix in Richmond………….. Best price by far super knowledgeable great bunch of guys. Get your killer CBD's vape oil or even lotto....... Highly recommend..

Ok, I'm not a smoke shop type of person. I normally don't go into these shops but now it's been my go to place to find things to help me unwind. The staff here is great. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and if I had questions, they were answered. The vibe is great, the staff is great, Lex has become my walking dictionary about any and everything that they sell. Went a little overboard the first visit 1/25/21 and walked out spending almost $100 but I've slept better the past week then I have in a long time, today 2/4/21 I'm trying the Green Vein Kratom, suggested by Lex. For those of you who are in constant pain try these, amazing. I suffer from fibromyalgia due from a fall when I was 1 yrs old. My whole life has been painful. The fall damaged my spine at the base of my neck causing it to lose it's natural curve. Mine is almost straight causing daily headaches, constant tension in my shoulders and upper back, which led to a slight curve in my spine to offset the tension (mild scoliosis) I took 2 when I get home, took a hot shower and I felt no pain tonight. I took a nice hard nap and woke up feeling like I slept a week. O'Dweeds, lol. Love it. Low on TCH, good on the CBD for the pain. Been sleeping really well, thanks Lex. Update 2/6/21 I pulled my bicep muscle and had constant pain in my shoulder. Left work early, had my Chiropractor do a adjustment, came home with my shoulder slightly swollen because he worked a huge knot out of my shoulder and told me to ice it when I got home. Took the Green Vein, woke up Sunday and pain was almost completely gone. My shoulder was still swollen but pain was more bearable and I can definitely move it better. Will definitely be getting a refill soon, great stuff, all natural and non addictive
