Amazing shop, Amazing customer service and prices! All the employees have been great, and have helped us find anything we need while still giving us time and not making us stressed. They have such a wide range of products, and so many options to choose from. Always making us feel welcome and having conversations with us, as well as not rushing us and making sure we get what we need. If you want a nice, stable shop with good prices and shit that gets you GEEKED, shop here! Also the picture is of David’s dog Juan Diego, resident shop dog 🙏

I don’t normally shop while I’m out of town, but I ran out of a few things faster than expected and stopped by this store Sunday because it was nearby and had great reviews. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a young gentleman at the front who was eager to help me find what I needed. I was genuinely relieved because I’m not a fan of shopping anywhere other than my usual store. While they didn’t have the exact item I was looking for, the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout my visit. The excellent customer service made for a great experience, and I would definitely come back again in the future.

i normally go to other vape shops in rowlett that are closer to where i work but i decided to come to this one and I have to brag on the associate that helped me. Brianna was SO nice and welcoming, and showed me so many options which most places don’t. Most places are extremely pushy and dismissive but she made me feel so comfortable! I will 100% make the farther drive just to come back and see her
