Great selection, great ambiance, and excellent customer service.... really poor credit card management... ugh...took 2 days to batch out my debit card which could have caused an overdraft instance. It's 2026, card management should be extremely smooth, and debits should be almost instant.

I love a local shop that knows you by name. Even with the new laws, all the staff at Head Hunters are always happy to help and even guide me onto new things if they are out of a product. I've never had a problem with any experience and if they aren't stocked with your products, it's not really their fault! Keep being you, guys! ❤️

“Used to be a regular. Not anymore.” I’ve been coming here for a long time, so this isn’t a one-off bad visit. Over the past year especially, the quality has gone downhill — even the wiener quality isn’t what it used to be, which is disappointing because that was one of the reasons I kept coming back. What really pushed me away this last time was the overall vibe. There was someone hanging around the entrance who made the situation feel uncomfortable, and I nearly got pulled into an unwanted confrontation just trying to walk in. As a regular, that’s not something I ever dealt with before, and staff didn’t seem to acknowledge it. Between declining product quality, prices going up, and the place feeling less safe and less cared for, I’ve decided it’s time to move on. Sucks to say, but this shop just isn’t what it used to be.
