Never replied to a review reponse before, only option seems to be to type out in the original review box so here it goed . The shops in the Metroplex area are also locally owned. I was comparing apples to apples, so I dont understand your logic there. I dont know how to take the 20% off offer. Why would I spend even more money there knowing that you are over charging to such a degree? The only thing that would make this right to me would be for you to issue a partial refund on the amount you charged, but I know this isnt likely. I was referred to y'all by the first shop I stopped at before coming into your shop. This price discrepancy is just wrong. I even mentioned it in store and there was another customer who reacted when I mentioned the consistent price I usually see in the DFW area. If you really want to make this right, let me know because that would mean something to me. Original review: Down here caring for my Grandmother and I found myself fresh out of atomizers. Friendly staff, clean store, but way over priced. I paid over $32 for a 5 pack of atomizers that normally run about $20-22 in the Metroplex area. Lesson learned I will be better supplied when I come back to visit again.

I have been ordering from here from 326 miles away for the last 3 years. No vape shop or vape juice compares to them...absolutely top notch. There's rarely been an issue but whenever there was, it was fixed immediately. The absolute BEST customer service, the BEST vape shop and the BEST vape juice. I will be a life long customer guaranteed.

usually a good experience depending on who's helping you out. people like Stephen are super helpful and eliminate any questions you have. but there's also a blue color short hair woman who put me completely off. the moment I walked in and asked a question she acted troubled to do her job and made us feel unwelcome. I will only be returning when someone helpful is on shift because I love the shop overall but can't stand incompetence

Best Shop in town. Friendly atmosphere helpful staff. All ejuice is premium and made to order. Staff helps with any vape issue you may have. If you are new to vaping or looking to start they personalize it to you no such thing as a one vape fits all here.

So far so good. My first and second experience were better than expected. These shops are usually not very friendly however so far the customer service has been great. Finally! a Vape shop you can have a friendly, knowledgable experience. More to come. We will see if it lasts.....third, fourth. For over a year now I’ve used this Vape Shop exclusively because they are consistently friendly, easy to work with in the store or on the phone. You will be pleasantly surprised at their hospitality and knowledge to help you. I LOVE THIS PLACE.
