I had a great experience at cloud Buzz smoke shop the sells clerk was extremely informative and took the time to explain everything in detail he wasn't pushy at all just very knowledgeable and helpful which made the shopping experience more comfortable his products knowledge went beyond what I expected and I actually walked away learning a lot more than I thought I would. the shop itself has a wide variety of products will organize displays and fair prices but the customer service is really stood out it's clear they care about making sure your customers understand what they're buying and leave happy I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friend's.

I am quite disappointed with my last visit. If I am correct, your employee, Blaze, informed me that you no longer permit anyone to test disposables after 9:35 p.m. Firstly, I find this somewhat insulting, as every time I have visited your store recently, I have always made at least one to two purchases. As I was leaving your store, expressing that I found the policy quite silly and that I would simply go elsewhere to find what I needed, Blaze then offered, "Well, I can let you try ONE." Initially, the answer was none. Now, it is one, presumably because I indicated I would be going to another establishment. In all honesty, the fogger I wished to try was merely one I had already decided upon. I knew which 50-bar I wanted, and I knew which fogger I desired, but the particular flavor I saw piqued my interest, and I simply wanted to sample that one. However, I was immediately met with the explanation that "we do not allow anyone to test after 9:35 because a customer stayed longer and did not make a purchase."

As someone with plenty of customer service experience and years of dispensary experience I think the negative comments are a bit sus. I’ve been treated kindly and been offered tons of great customer service from tim, blaze, the owner, and the owners dad. The prices are great, the products are excellent especially the flower, and I drive out of my way to go here for these reasons. Please don’t listen to the negative comments and give this place a try.

I don't usually review vape shops, but Tim at Cloud Buzz was awesome. Super friendly and engaging, knowledgeable, exuded positivity, extremely welcoming...did I mention friendly? They have testers for all the vapes and the prices were great. Highly recommend... I'll be going back and I can honestly say that it is 100% Tim's attitude and vibe.
