Good selection, friendly staff. Adequate inside seating..maybe 20 chairs and looks to be members lounge room. Small patio outside, adjacent to busy road so not quiet. No drinks or food. Small coffee area. Convenient to several hotels in area...as out of town travel would have liked an extra hour to relax indoors...closes at 8p

Stopped in to buy a few cigars while on a weekend getaway…. Was greeted as soon as I entered and escorted into the humidor. Staff was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory.. 5 STARS !!!! Amazing selection and prices were very reasonable !! Highly recommended to anyone in the area !!!

Went to purchase pipe tobacco in honor of a departed relative. I had no knowledge about pipes. The gentleman who helped me was perfect. He walked me through what was needed, asked questions about flavor profiles I was searching for and helped me pick it out. Zero sales pressure. If you are looking for an upscale establishment then you are at the right place.

I agree on the reviews, of this very nice establishment. I do have something to say, about an employee there. We moved up here from Portland Tx. My son lives here in SA, so my husband and I decided to look for a Cigar shop/ humidor to where we can enjoy a nice cigar and a drink. We have been smoking for over 10 years. But this employee was rude to my husband, when he went to pick up his box of cigars that he had purchased and it was worth over $200, a few days prior. The employee was rude and not friendly at all and asked him rudely if he had paid for it. He needs his manager to speak to his employees to be more respectful and polite to the customers. We also go to Fink cigar shop, very polite and professional.

Top shelf establishment, top shelf pipe tobacco blends, very affordable. Top shelf service by Illiana. An amazing first experience in a cigar and tobacco store. They had exactly what I was looking for in the perique and latakia blends. Balkan Texas and San Antonio Rose blends i would recommend.
