Close, but no cigar! In a hurry to pick up a variety of cigars and this was on my way to an appointment. I have been to a number of cigar bars with experts willing to help you choose among a great selection of cigar. But this is just a warehouse. You can order at a desk from a catalog. You take the receipt to another desk and pick up your order. Too quick, too easy for someone who is unfamiliar with the styles and varieties available. Really was my fault for not knowing what to ask for.

I traveled here all the way from Tokyo Japan to buy at least 100 cigars to take back. The staff were so courteous and very helpful. They even had all on my list that I gave them. Great place and super low prices on quality cigars.

I am amending the previous review as someone, a voice of reason, stepped up and initiated a full return for the damage cigars and also shipped a fresh box. Not sure why this turned into such the problem over such a simple issue, but thanks very much for their gesture and will definitely buy and continue buying cigars from them again. Bought a box of 50 cigars which some had wormholes and I contacted Finck cigars and asked for a partial refund if possible to cover the few cigars that had wormholes, but they wanted me to go through return process on my dime. The cigars are good, but Finck does not cover or stand behind them in a practical manner Unfortunately, I won't be buying from Finck cigars anymore.

Finck Cigar Company CARES about its customers. Was immediately contacted regarding a minor glitch which was responded to and addressed promptly by the owner. I was informed what he was going to do and when my order would be completed. I was kept apprised at all times. Shipment arrived as promised. Can't ask for better service. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases. I have revised my review to a 5+ rating! I emailed the owner and appreciated his immediate response. I requested updates be emailed to me on my order and updated by ratings to 3 stars for now. I ordered by telephone one (1) box of Encore by Ernesto Perez Carrillo using a credit card yesterday evening 1/27/19 after being advised by the answering service that took my credit card information that the cigars were in stock. My Visa card has yet to be charged and I am unable to get through to the shop via 800 number or store telephone number for an update. I also emailed them. I then checked the reviews and alas the first review I read stated basically the same. The owners response on that review was not reassuring as he stated they do not list cigars out of stock.
