I like the Finck! The staff is friendly, they have a great selection and there knowledgeable about their products. Great location, it has a smoking room and a side patio. Dont be intimidate about the small parking lot in front, go around to the back.

My home away from home. I absolutely love this place! I can't say enough good things about Finck's on West Ave. For starters, the management and staff are amazing! They could teach customer service. When I asked for a specific profile or type of cigar any one of them will take me right to it...and not just to the most expensive cigars. They've never steered me wrong. Friendships are often started here because there is no tv to distract people. Just good, friendly conversation. I love the rustic, "old-timey" atmosphere. Though I could do without the intrusive over-head lighting. They say they will soon renovate the inside to improve smoke extraction which would be a welcomed change. My only requests would be...no intrusive overhead lighting and...PLEASE PLEASE, PLEASE...NO TV! It is what sets them apart from all the others. And since West Ave is their flagship location, changes should be kept to a minimum. Keep some of that rustic, old-timey vibe.

Great selection, friendly service, just wasn't happy coming out of there smelling like smoke when I was only there 20 minutes. Haven't had this problem at other locations.
