We purchase a vape but the girl at the counter was not knowledgeable at all . She keep telling us she didn't know or was unsure about items sold in the store. We would have spent more if the girl was more knowledgeable but ended up going to vape city in the same area. They was very knowledgeable and we spent well over $ 300.00 and got what we was looking for. I would recommend training your employees, suggest upsales and recommendations . I would not come back to this location. To add to your response . she had no knowledge of vapes the took juice we was looking for one and wanted extra coils. She had no knowledge of what went with what vape. You answer of maybe she didn't want to engage in small talk is ridiculous it's her job to engage, also the shop was dead we was the only customers in the store. Vape city was crowded and we was given attention and answers to all our questions in detail. In other words great customer service.

It's okay if you need something in a hurry but don't expect too much available or for them to really know what's there.

Employees inside hanging out with door locked with "be back in 5 minutes sign". I waited 15 minutes.

Love this place!!! The lady that works there is so cool and very helpful not only that they have a 3 legged cat that is so cool when you go into the store, so I know she protects the store.......

I come here every Friday after I cash my check. The selection is great unless you're looking for a variety of glass pieces. Also the young lady that works on Friday is always very sweet and has great customer service!
