Had a great experience at this vape shop. Andrew and Grey really took care of me, helped me find something that fit perfectly within my budget and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and just a great vibe all around. You can tell they actually care about helping customers, not just making a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Forgot I’d told that woman I’d write a review from last week. I think her name was Gracie or Grace. I was having the worst day of my life. I came in and she just knew that I was upset. She talked me down from my anxiety, she helped me pick a strain for my anxiety and wham. I made a new friend. I was a frequent shopper elsewhere. Now bc of her. You have a new loyal customer. Having someone else feel my vibe and know what to say. Is cool. If I could rate this 20 stars. I would.

The staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. They have a great selection of products and highly recommend this vape satire over all others!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DOES NOT FEEL LIKE ENOUGH STARS. Grace deserves her own category, her own shift schedule named after her, maybe even a statue out front. Every single time I walk in, she is locked in, knowledgeable, kind, and running circles around what customer service is supposed to look like. She knows the business. All of it, Inside and out. You ask a question and she already has the answer, the explanation, and a better option you didn’t even know you needed. No attitude. No rushing. Just pure professionalism with a smile that says “I actually care.” Let’s be clear: I don’t come here just for the product. I come here because of Grace. If she ever leaves, this place better update their business model immediately because SHE is the standard. Promote her. Protect her. Pay her more. Clone her if science allows. Grace is the blueprint.
