I just happened upon this place and how lucky I was to find it. The guys were so welcoming very knowledgeable helpful and just an overall awesome experience. I love little shops like this and I have to say it’s probably one of the better dispensaries in San Antonio. you guys keep doing you and keeping it real. I’ll be back.

This place is so solid with a variety top shelf products 😍 I have not been disappointed. If you’re lost on what to pick because everything looks so good (and IS) no worries because the owners will always steer you in the right direction for whatever it is that you’re looking for! With amazing prices and fantastic Customer Service this spot really can’t be beat! Let me reiterate as well. The prices are the best in town! Be sure to spend that wheel too because I won big 🤩

I was honestly really disappointed with this experience. At first, the seller was friendly, responsive, and seemed like someone I could trust. I thought I'd found someone I would continue buying from. Unfortunately, that changed as soon as I had a question after the sale. I paid $220 for what was advertised as a new Puffco on 7/8. When I finally got the chance to use it only a week later on 7/15 I noticed what looked like an issue with the chamber. I simply reached out to Jacob and ask if there was any kind of warranty. I never asked for a refund or a replacement. I just wanted an answer considering this was my first time using it and had just bought it. Instead of answering my question, the conversation immediately became defensive, and I was made to feel like I was trying to get something for free. A simple "there's no warranty" would have been enough. The way I was spoken to was unnecessary and left a really bad impression. I understand that problems happen, but customer service matters just as much as the product. The communication after the sale was disappointing, and I no longer felt valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I wouldn't purchase from this business again.
