I had a great experience at Mystic Smoke Shop. Sam was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Customer service like this makes a big difference, and Sam made my visit easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

I purchased a nectar collector and had a couple issues with it. He allowed me to come back into the store and exchange it for something of the same price and a very appreciative for that the The manager was very friendly and was helpful with meeting my needs at the end of the day. I do recommend them you should come by or stop by if you’re in the area.
