Owners should take a closer look at what happens when they aren't on-site. Yeah attitudes change immediately when he leaves. The service is unprofessional and the environment feels incredibly unwelcoming especially from Savannah and Marisa. Aside from a couple of standouts like Rosie, Miranda and Abby, hell even the boy Everett changed he's straight up horrible now, the staff lacks basic respect for customers. It used to have a great heart not to long ago and she's gone. The atmosphere was great, you felt welcomed here, not judged and that changed in the last few weeks. It's clearly headed in the wrong direction and fast. I used to love coming here not anymore. Very disappointed. Thumbs down.

​Yo, this place is straight TRASH. I heard nothing but good about this spot, so I finally pulled up last night and let me tell you it was a whole circus. ​First off, that manager with the glasses? RUDE AS HELL!!!. I asked to speak to somebody else with some actual sense, and she really had the nerve to look me in my face and say she’s the end of the line. Like, girl, who gave the title? ​Then you got this other chick with the long brown hair, mouth twitching like she’s on something, just as disrespectful as her boss. She wasn't even worried about the job; she was too busy tryna find a hookup in the crowd. Like, is this a business or a dating spot? I’m disgusted., Do not recommend. Keep your money and stay far away from this mess.

First time visiting here and I’ll say the staff was polite and attentive, and they made the whole experience smooth and easy. The shop had a nice vibe, was well-stocked, and everything was neatly displayed. Prices were solid, and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend checking it out!

After going to nightcrawlerz I can say that one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to you got a smoke shop. I went to in San Antonio didn’t have as much inventory as they do and the manager was very helpful in telling me the right items I should be getting instead of what I could be getting.

Cool spot with different choices to shop from. Great staff clean and organized! Had fun looking around at the different options.
