Prestige Vape & Smoke is the perfect local shop with a large variety of products to choose from, it's hard not to find your favorites if not a new favorite. Great art, cigars and rolling trays etc. Clean, good sized & amazing service. Very knowledgeable staff, both polite & friendly to say the least. Davion did a great job assisting my party & I on making a selection. I'll surely be returning soon!

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! NEVER PAY CASH HERE!! Im honestly really disappointed to be doing this. I liked this store even though it was overpriced because it was decent quality. However after i had received a check from jobcorps for 50$, i went to cash it at H.E.B.. Right after I went to this store, I bought a new grinder and 7gs of hemp flower. I gave the cashier 47$ cash and said out loud “heres 47 dollars and id like the rest on credit” he said “okay thats no problem”. And I paid the rest one card without question. I later realized it was 70.40$ I paid on card even after 47$ cash. Thats 117.40 total I paid for 7 grams and a grinder. When I confronted the store management about the issue they said that I was only supposed to be charged 89.90. I reminded him about the cash I paid prior to card. He said he would “check the 4k cameras and audio”. I never got a call back. When I decided I needed an answer and called the number back. They told me that everything looked good on their end. when I asked what the evidence revealed they said “he felt the video and audio were BOTH UNCLEAR,” and sent it in to his boss. So this is where it gets weird I don't know how its not clear to you I paid you 47$ cash and said the amount out loud. They have since denied any fault in this matter saying that “they don't know what I did with my money.” And “thats not what the footage showed” so they cleared have the footage and are denying its clarity so they could maintain my money, claiming that “they’re books add up.” To be honest I think the clerk overcharged me kept the extra cash so there was perfect count and his boss protected him. IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE WATCH OUT THESE GUYS ARE SNAKE CROOKS. NEVER PAY CASH HERE
