I wanted to leave another review but I couldn’t figure it out. I just visited the rock n roll on military and felt obligated to come back here and mention that every time I go in I hope to see Drea’s car because then I know my experience will be amazing! She always has all the answers I’m looking for as well as awesome suggestions. I have a trip coming up and was curious of what I was able to bring on a plane and how to handle it. I knew Drea would lead me in the right direction! She will sit with you and go over each item, as well as google anything to help you come to your best decision! I can’t imagine the level of patience it must take for her to constantly treat all her customers with the same level of loyalty and commitment that I always see from her. Sometimes I will drive the extra 20 min and pass 2 other vape shops closer to me just to go to see her! Thank you for all your help over the years, Drea!!!!

I purchased a grinder from a large woman named Alex. She had told me the grinder had a spatula or scraper inside it. When I got home I noticed rust spots inside the grinder and no keef scraper. I called the store and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. She said to call in the daytime. I asked for her name and she had this rude attitude and said Alex. She also didn't give me a receipt as well. I went the next day in person. I showed the other merchant who happened to be a tall thin lady covered in the most trashy tattoos and wore pointy glasses. She had this wannabe generic "alternative NPC look" She was also very rude and unprofessional. As I told her about the grinder having rust inside, she said there was nothing she could do about it. I said I will report them to the BBC AND FTC and she was on the phone talking to someone and mocking me. She was telling me that it's too bad. A refund or exchange would help. Again these two ladies who run that store have to take intensive classes on customer service. She pointed out two tiny signs that said no refund. They sold me a rusted grinder and wish to post a picture showing the product. I hope their store shuts down. They both had horrible attitudes and mocked me. The products inside the store are overpriced and of Temu cheap quality. The staff are trashy and know nothing about management and quality products.

SCAMMED! First time I buy a vape and the guy working tonight was quick to push “off-stamp Miami mint classic-cube” it came with a detachable charger. I bought another flavor (off-stamp peach + sw16000) bc he said it would fit the charger. Opened the both items as he advised in the store in the case they didn’t work he could replace them. But when we paired the “off-stamp peach + sw16000” to the “off-stamp Miami mint classic cube charger” it wasn’t compatible. Then was told sorry I thought it would have fit and he couldn’t do anything about it.
