I recently had a very positive experience with one of your staff members. Sean was exceptionally helpful during my visit. Their guidance in making product selections was greatly appreciated. I found their interactive approach to be particularly beneficial. This level of service significantly enhanced my shopping experience. This was my first and last visit. I was charged $10.81 for one pack of grabba leaf. Once I realized the price, I immediately said I did not want it and requested a refund. The manager told me there are “no refunds after purchase,” even though I was not made aware of the policy nor did I move from the register with the product. I'm used to paying $5-6 for the pack for over ten years now. I was then told that if I didn’t like not getting a refund and didn’t want the product, “you can leave.” I left without the product and had to contact law enforcement for an incident number regarding the situation so I could dispute the charge. Very disappointing first experience. Anyone that uses grabba leaf knows paying $10.81 even after tax is nonsense.

I absolutely love this location! Ryleigh annd Julyssa are always so welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit a great experience. 🥰 They consistently have my favorite products in stock, and I really appreciate the 24/7 availability, it fits perfectly with my busy schedule. Highly recommend!
