I walked in the store around 8:45pm and cashier greeted me and asked me what I would like and I told him I would like some rolling papers. The cashier told me it was a $5 dollar minimum on card and I said for real and he said for real and said the sign 🪧 that I can barely see isn’t in Spanish. I came back into the store and he asked me what I would like and me not knowing exactly what I wanted because I was thinking about buying something for my cousin to meet the minimum I said Im thinking about buying something. I told him he could take a seat because I was still thinking. I continued to look around and think 🤔 about what I would buy. He asked me if I was buying anything and I told him I’m looking but I meant to say I’m still thinking. He told me no Loitering and said I see what you’re trying to do. The cashier was acting as I was trying to waste his time or something weird. I wasn’t thinking about him at all and was going to buy something for my cousin. I asked him if he was ok because he seemed to be irritated and acting aggressive towards me. I promise I wasn’t in the store for no more than 3/4 minutes in total. I told him that’s not how you treat customers of a business. I was the only one in the store and didn’t understand the rush. I shopped at that store many times and never been treated so disrespectfully. Even with him acting weird I asked him if he was ok. I’m a super nice person and don’t run into negative experiences like this often and especially not at a business. I eventually walked out again because how disrespectful he was acting and decided not to spend any money at that place of business. I never really leave negative reviews but I feel very compelled to leave one. I should’ve caught on the first interaction when he was talking about things not being written in Spanish. It was something about me that he didn’t like. I don’t like to call people racist But he definitely made me feel like a homeless man or some type subhuman who shouldn’t be around. If I could I’d leave 0 stars ⭐️.

Stephanie is hands down one of the best employees I’ve dealt with at this vape shop. She’s always courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. She takes the time to answer questions, explain products clearly, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. You can tell she actually cares about customer service and creating a good experience. Every time she’s working, the vibe is welcoming and smooth. Definitely appreciate her great attitude and attention to detail!

We’ve come to this shop a few times and they have a great selection. This time though, Stephanie help us out and she was awesome. Not only was she super attentive and informative, she made sure we got the best deal she could. Awesome personality and Awesome service from Stephanie. We will be coming back again just for her!!!
