I have been shopping at this location since 2023 and I shop in this store everyday. I am a loyal customer here. This morning when I went into the store I received the most disrespectful and rude treatment. I spend ALOT of money in this store to be treated the way I was treated. This new guy they hired may cause me to take my business elsewhere. Me as a business owner would not tolerate this type of behavior and I would definitely get rid of this guy. My clients means everything to me and customer service is extremely important. Without customers this business would fail. I am baffled behind this new guys conduct. It is unacceptable. Trying to reach Anna is pointless because you always get her voicemail and she never returns calls. She will give you her number and ask you to call her and she still does not answer. That is terrible customer service as well. Yazz and Tone are PHENOMENAL employees, with outstanding customer service. There is another young lady there that drives an Equinox that is amazing as well. There is another tall, slim guy there that is amazing as well. Thank you guys for being so AWESOME!! The store deserves 10 stars because of the four of them.

After visiting countless other vape shops I discovered this lil gem what I like about this place tbh there's more than just a few reasons one reason is it's close to where I live I occasionally walk there which brings me to the second reason once you enter the shop you are instantly greeted with respectful and helpful employees and thank the gods to I mostly go there for my foger vape carts it would be an understatement to say they have quite a few to choose from me personally I would start feeling a bit overwhelmed just by trying to decide which flavor I wanna try next and here's the main reason I decided to make this my go to shop for my everyday needs it's probably the only smoke shop that's open 24hours the last time I went it was close to 4am and if you need anymore reasons to shop here the people who own not only this one but they also own another one right down the road unfortunately that one closes at a certain time it's family owned and operated they are a staple in our community so if you need anything from pre rolls , gummies to vibrators yes I said vibrators which apparently are the hottest thing now from just seeing how one young lady was trying to acquire 4 of them buzzing beast I guess her boyfriend couldn't quite live up to her expectations then I would highly recommend that you give this place a visit they have. Plenty of parking as well

Little girl who works here does not know how to talk and doesn't know the products. Trying to say she leaves at 4pm and i should meet her. Ha! She lucky. She should be fired. Then laughing as I'm walking out. Bad service from her. Long black hair and short.

Purchased 5 grams of Sativa that was so dry you could smash it and snort it went back the next day and the girl was mad cause I put some on the counter to show her and she didn't even care but said I got her counter dirty and said she could give me a 10 percent discount This place is Trash and never have any deals ,worst smoke shop I've ever been to
