This store and the man running it advertise discounts then once you’re about to pay they try to tell you it’s no longer going on, when the reward is displayed on the screen on the register and the reward is on my five star app. Don’t advertise one thing then not go by that. You employee made a mistake on the ad. You should honor the ad. And discipline the employee who caused the error. Sayeed, I believe was the manager on the phone and I was told a female manager named sky also was in charge. Sayeed , or the male store manager was the one who went against the ad posted, not only on the five star app, but when I typed my number in, the Black Friday discount on the screen said 6 more hours remaining. Very unprofessional, I will never come back to this store and will make sure we all start to frequent the other smoke shop by the gas station. The owner and manager are crooked.

Asked for a vape with no sweetness, just mint. Employee pointed me towards a cool mint flavor vape, tried it in store, and it was sweet. No refunds or exchanges. Customer service is a joke, and they don’t even know their own products.

The people who work there are usually friendly and happy to answer questions. On this occasion, the guy took a lot of time looking for the flavors I wanted. He even went and checked the back. The store is clean and not cluttered. I travel out of my way to get my vape stuff here.

Well stocked with a friendly staff. Place was quiet on my visit. I asked if business was good and was informed that they get a lot of walk in traffic. With the University close by. I was happy to hear that as this is a convenient place to stop in for a few supplies on the way home.
