I recently went to purchase a product . Mind you , I go to this location at least two times a month. The product was out and I asked the employee(. Skiny Caucasian with long hair, male). If he could call another location to check if product was in stock. He flat out said , It's best you call cause you'll have a better chance at funding out. ?????? I was very surprised and stunned. I'm a customer whi goes numerous times a month for the past few years and it was very unprofessional for this associate of Smokers Paradise to not even call or give me the number. I did ask for the number to another location and he tells me , just look it up on the phone. ???? Wow. Twice was told to do it myself. Management and owners need to be aware of very disrespectful employees how they are treating ," paying customers" . I've tried to get hold of corporate, but no luck. I left a message on the website under CONTACT US and haven't heard anything back. I'm currently looking at finding another store completely that isn't Smokers Paradise .

Smokers Paradise #13 has a great selection of products, and I’ve had positive experiences here before. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with an employee named Scooby was the complete opposite. She started by loudly accusing my friend of shoplifting, yelling across the store instead of handling it professionally. When I asked for help with my issue, she took everything out of the box, scattered it on the counter, plugged it in, and then told me I’d have to come back again when another employee was there — even though this was already my second trip for the same problem. When I suggested she call the other employee, she made an inappropriate personal comment instead of trying to resolve the issue. I then asked if I could get something in writing showing I left the item with her, but she refused. Instead, she shoved it into a bag without reboxing it properly and told me to just take it. When I asked for a manager’s name, she said there wasn’t one and refused to provide any contact information. Finally, without ever asking me to leave, she escalated the situation by calling someone to escort me out of the store — which was completely unnecessary. The store itself is fine, and the selection is good, but my interaction with Scooby was unprofessional and uncalled for. Management really needs to address this behavior, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Got an amazing help from Scooby and it was very clean very aesthetic. Candles were on discount. Communication was great. Will be returning and sending people 🥰

This store has an amazing inventory of everything you could ever need as a smoker!! I recommend going when Scooby is working. She is the best worker in any smoke shop! She has so much knowledge about all the products and helped with anything I needed and was super helpful with recommendations ☺️ I appreciate her for all the hard work she does!! Come and see her especially!! She will help with anything you need. Definitely my store of choice.
