Walked a mile got here at 6pm, sign says restroom break be right back.. its now 6:41 and still nothing. Either he/she is smoking in the back or taking an hour lunch. Either way you would think a better sign would be out to lunch be back at such and such time. This is ridiculous never again will I come back!

I recently visited Smokerz Paradize and had a really positive experience. The store is well-organized, clean, and has an impressive variety of products—from vapes and hookah supplies to rolling papers, lighters, and smoking accessories. Everything was easy to browse, and the vibe was chill and welcoming. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions without rushing and gave good suggestions based on what I was looking for. Prices were reasonable and they even had a few special offers running, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great local spot if you're looking for quality smoke products and good customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Horrible service, knew nothing about the products, sold me a broken product and basically just said, "oh well"

Cashier was very helpful. Didn’t know what I was looking for but he helped me find it.

Came into super nova and was looking for an e rig and the gentleman working today, helped me out, and was very friendly. I plan on continuing to come here from now on.
