I’ve been doing business here about Six months and spending $60 each time.I was there about 2 weeks ago and bought two CBD cartridges and a $20 battery for vape. Battery failed to charge completely then failed completely. I took it back a week ago and was told the employee had to get permission to exchange. Went back today and was told the manager hasn’t authorized the return. I won’t do anymore business in their store. I went to high times store and wow the option I had was worth going to the store. Employee there was great and welcomed my visit and gave a veterans discount. Try them out

Avoid at all cost! They only offer you a 10% discount on my Looper whip it that malfunctioned in front the store. Avoid at all cost!!! They are horrible at customer service. And I was attended by my chubby buddy…well he ain’t my friend no more. He’s a player for the man and not the customer. I’m so mad I’m walking in and askin for my $5 dollar tip back…horrible customer service! I would leave less than one star if u could…but go and drive to Hazel Sky…great place…better customer service, and great products…the time my products malfunctioned they make it right….go to Hazel Sky ok San Pedro they will get you right!

Great selection but the middle age black lady was so unprofessional and rude. On the phone the entire time making it take so long with me being the only person thats wild to me. So unpersonable. Not coming back because of her. Fire her honestly

My sister and I went there about 2 hours ago and the female working was extremely unprofessional .my sister was hit by a car 8 years ago and has 9 brain tumors in her head and is in chronic pain . The THC flower helps her with her frequent pains the female service agent there did not acknowledge us at all . We asked her questions she pointed to a wall saying look over there not even looking at us. Then I asked do you have 14 grams of THC flower ? She said I'm out of that then took a big sigh and came by to point at what she had then just walked away not taking to us but made us feel as if we were bothering her . My sister asked what flavor the candle was that was burning because she wanted to buy one but the female just ignored her mumbling something we could not understand her at all once again acted as if we were bothering her so we left and went to Super Nova on perrin beitem where she is always treated respectfully . To whoever owns smokers paradise you just lost a 147.00 sale due to your employee being rude and unprofessional. I would seriously look at your cameras and have a talk with your employee who was there today because that's losing money for your business.
